Senior developer: You help build Fulldev,from client projects to our own apps

What you will do

One week you build a new feature for TEVEO's webshop. The next week you use AI agents to put down a first version of a new web app. And in between you explain to a client why their original request is technically not the smartest solution.

For clients

As soon as a project is running, you own it and you are the client's point of contact.

• Carrying projects. You make the technical choices and build through to launch.
• Taking the lead. You raise with clients what could be better, even when they did not ask.
• Selling opportunities. When you see something that helps a client move forward, you propose it and win the client over.

Internal projects

You do not wait for work: you start new things yourself.

• Our own apps. You help build our apps, such as Fulldev Sites and Fulldev Scan, and start completely new ones yourself.
• Automating workflows. You build apps that take over a workflow for a client or for our own team.
• Our AI setup. You see where agents get stuck and improve how we build, for yourself and for the team.

Who you are

To us, senior is not about how many years you have been programming. It means you make technical choices independently, take the lead with a client and know how the system behind a product works, even when AI wrote all the code.

• You do not wait for an assignment. You see for yourself what can be better and build it.
• You work independently, but not alone: when you get stuck, you ask your team. Asking good questions is part of the job.
• You have your own AI setup in which agents finish work on their own.
• You take responsibility, also when something is not your fault, and say honestly what you think.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well, and work at our office in Groningen one to three days a week. Culture is built at the same table.

What you work with

Among others Astro, Shopify, Claude and Codex. This is what we build with today; tomorrow that may be different. If you already know them, that is a nice bonus.

At Fulldev, AI does not write snippets of code; it works out complete projects. What used to take months of development, we now sometimes do in a single prompt, with ten or more agents at once. Code is getting cheaper. Thinking is getting more valuable. You are the builder who directs the agents, understands the client and decides what goes live. That means you know exactly how the architecture fits together.
