Who are we?

Which personal data we process and why

Contact

When you email or call us, we process the data you share, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message, in order to respond to you.

Booking an intro call

The Contact and Meeting pages embed the Google Calendar appointment page. The data you enter there, such as your name and email address, goes to Google and to us, so that we can schedule the appointment. Google's privacy policy also applies to the processing by Google.

Waitlist

On the pages of Fulldev CMS, Connect and Scan you can join the waitlist for that product. We then keep your email address and the product at Resend, and only use it to email you when that product is available to you. You can unsubscribe at any time through contact@full.dev.

Website statistics

On full.dev we measure the use of the website with PostHog, in PostHog's European environment and through our own domain. PostHog runs without cookies. We use this data to improve the website.

Cookies

The website itself sets one functional cookie, nf_lang. It only remembers whether you read the website in Dutch or in English, so that the homepage opens in that language. The cookie contains no personal data and is kept for one year. Embedded content from other websites, such as Google's appointment page, may set cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited that other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with this content, including when you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

The website runs on Netlify. For the processing described above we use Google, PostHog and Resend. Otherwise we do not share your personal data with anyone outside our organization, unless we are legally required to do so or you give your explicit consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep your correspondence with us by email and phone, and the details of appointments you schedule through the Google Calendar appointment page, for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless we are legally required to keep them longer. We keep your email address on a waitlist until you unsubscribe, and for a maximum of 2 years after you joined.

Your rights regarding your data

You have the right to:

• Object to the processing of your personal data
