How do we agree on the work and the price?
We make clear upfront what we build and what it costs. We investigate uncertainties first. For care and further development, we make separate agreements.
Are we tied to you?
No. You can cancel care and hosting by email at any time, and we hand the website over to you. With the source code, another party can also keep building.
Can you improve what’s already there?
Yes. We first look at where the problems and opportunities are. Then we decide together what to improve and what can stay.
Do you also work for agencies?
Yes. You keep strategy, design and the client relationship. We handle the technical side, as a separate project or alongside your team.
Can we manage the website ourselves?
Yes. You change texts, pages and products yourself. With Fulldev Sites, you can also do that through your own AI: ask for a change, check the preview and approve it.
How does the emergency number work?
For urgent outages, we agree on an emergency number. These calls ring through with sound, even when our phones are on silent or in Focus. Availability, response times and follow-up are set out in the SLA. Ordinary questions go by email, Slack or phone.
