The next week you use AI to solve a problem in a webshop yourself. And in between you answer questions by email, WhatsApp and phone. ### For clients You carry the relationship with a fixed group of clients, mostly small and medium-sized businesses. You know what is going on and think along about how something is best done. Projects sit with the developers; you keep the overview of the relationship. - **Client questions.** You keep asking until you know what someone really needs. - **Solving it yourself with AI.** You handle smaller requests yourself, through to launch. Real development work goes to a developer, with everything they need. - **Thinking along.** You steer a question to the best solution, even when it differs from what the client had in mind. When you see an opportunity, you raise it with the team. ### Internal projects What you see at clients makes Fulldev itself better. - **Our apps.** You notice what clients find hard in Fulldev Sites and pass it on to the developers. - **Onboarding.** You keep making it easier for new clients to get started on their own. ## Who you are To us, medior is not about how many years you have worked with clients. It means you help a group of clients independently, think along about the best solution and solve smaller technical requests yourself. - You take ownership and finish what you start. - You work independently, but not alone: when you get stuck, you ask your team. Asking good questions is part of the job. - You have stood between client and technology before, for example at a digital agency, a webshop or a software company. - You are technical enough to fix things yourself in Shopify, a CMS, HTML and CSS, and you already use AI every day. - You speak and write Dutch and English well, and work at our office in Groningen one to three days a week.
